  During a signing event for "The Great One" my wife ,who is temporarily handicapped was sought out and given sitting with others at the head of the line which was unexpected. It gave us an opportunity to observe the operation during a busy event from a great vantage point. It was impressive. It ran so smooth and at the same time so very welcoming to a diverse set of folks that came from substantial distances to attend. It was a real pleasure and has just earned a "must stop by" on my itinerary when visiting friend and relatives in the area. Fabulous job and the prices are very competitive with B&N and Engulf & Devour.

  okay. very very upset and disappointed. i took my 3 girls to meet a celebrity who i will not name at this store to get her book signed and they sold out of books very quickly. poor organization and very disorderly. do not recommend. rude staff.
